Chinese Training Center regards instructing students in basic and practical Chinese as its main purpose and focuses on comprehensively improving the students' listening, speaking reading and writing abilities, thus equipping them to participate in the HSK test. Some special programs, such as Scientific and Technological Language, Training Interpreter both for Profession and General Use, as well as the Program for Preparing to Study in Chinese University, are designed to satisfy different demands.

•  Long-term classes

•  To last for one semester or more and about 20 class hours per week;

•  To offer suitable classes to all trainees according to their Chinese background and degree and to be limited to 15 students or less in each class in general;

•  Language practice, weekend-trip both inside and outside Beijing, gathering with Chinese, as well as watching Peking Opera and acrobatics, will be organized.

•  Short-term Classes

•  The training period varies from two weeks to five weeks. 20 class hours will be provided per week;

•  Language practice, weekend-trip around Beijing, gathering with Chinese, as well as watching Peking Opera or acrobatics, will be offered;

•  The trip to outside Beijing will be arranged on request from trainees.
