Museum-Guideed Tours
Guide:
The museum offers guides in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Sign language,etc.Which charge 50 yuan per each. Visitors who want to enjoy a museum-guided tour have to make a reservation one day earlier by telephone(number: 36182920) or internet.. Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting the work of the Museum., when weekends or holidays comes, Many volunteers work in the galleries with the public to enhance the visitor’s understanding of the collection and their experience of the Museum.
Gallery Interpreters/ Museum Guides
Gallery Interpreters in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Korean, Sign language are available inside the Museum. The service will charge you ¥ 50 one time. Do please make the reservation at least one day before. You could reserve by phone or online. The No. is 8620-36182920.
Free interpretation of some parts of the exhibition will be available on weekends and holidays by volunteers.
Audio guides:
There are audio guides for rent. Available in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese,French, German, Spanish,etc. The audio guides offer information about the mausoleum of Nanyue King, treasures from the mausoleum and the ceramic pillows exhibition
Charge: ¥10 per each. Available upon a deposit of ¥200 and showing ID card or passpord.
Audio Guides
For your better understanding of the collections, the Museum offers Audio Guides in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, French, German and Spanish. The Museum Audio Guides, about the site of Nanyue King Tomb, the exhibition of the unearthed relics as well as the exhibition of ceramic pillows, will take you approximately 2 hours if you listen from first to last.
This service will charge you ¥10 per person per day, with the deposition ¥200.

Video
A free 9-minute video, about the Excavation of Nanyue King Tomb and General Information of the Museum, is available in the Museum’s Video Room. The Video has translations in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, French, German and Spanish.
Luggage Deposit
You could deposit your large luggage at the Service Centre for free while you visit the Museum. You need to show your ID or Passport when you are making a deposition
Parking
Free parking will be available with the museum ticket.
Services & Facilities for Visitors with Disabilities
Sign Language Interpreters with reservation and restrooms for disable are available in the Museum. Wheelchair users are able to visit some part of the Museum by accessible entrances. The Museum also offers service helping wheelchair users solve the stairs.
