The Training Department is responsible for the teaching management, the guarantee of teaching, continuing education and clinical management of the whole school. The subordinate establishments include the library,the network information center, the education technology service center etc.

The Political Department is responsible for the personnel affairs, organization and publicity of the whole school. The department of political education is one of its subordinate establishments.

The School Affairs Department is under the direct leadership of the school chief. It is the functional department that supervises the logistics of the whole school, including military affairs, finance, supplies, hygiene and barracks,among others.
