International School (Foreign Exchange Center) is in charge of the international cooperation and exchange affairs of BIFT, administering the training affairs of foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Its work scope is as follows: Drafting the international cooperation and exchange development planning for BIFT, taking charge of foreign affairs reception work, administering foreign experts (teachers) working application, managing the application and verification of cooperatively-run school with foreign educational institutions, dealing with affairs concerning personnel going abroad on official duty, supervising the enrolment and teaching of foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, etc.. Since 1997, international school of BIFT has been providing bachelor degree programs in fashion design, modelling, visual communication, environmental design, international trade and Chinese language training courses for thousands of foreign students from Japan, Korea, the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Denmark, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Indonesia Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Chilli, etc.. Up to the end of the year 2008, students on campus from foreign countries and areas of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan reach 256, coming from over 30 countries and areas of Asia, America, Europe and Africa.
