NCUT students can study at partner universities as exchange students for one semester or one academic year. Partner universities can also send students to study at NCUT for one semester or one academic year according to the agreements. The credits are accepted and confirmed by NCUT and partner universities.

After two years or three years study at NCUT, students can transfer to partner universities to continue their study. When they meet the graduation requirement of the partner university, they will be awarded degree from both institutions.
