-进修生修业期满，发给进修证书。

-Advancedstudies training programs: A certificate will be issued to the students whocomplete the program.

入学条件Qualifications for Admission

有开业执照的中医师、针灸师、西医师及医学院校高年级学生或毕业生，有兴趣学习中医药学的人士，身体健康。

Licensed physicians of Chinese or Western medicine,acupuncturist, or senior students or graduates of medical schools; those whoare interested in Chinese medicine could apply for short-term courses; Healthybody.

报名材料Submitting documents for Application

-北京中医药大学外国留学生入学申请表Completed ApplicationForm of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

-在华事务担保书及担保人的身份证明复印件Letter ofguarantee by a Chinese sponsor with evidence of sponsor's identity

-最后学历、学位证书和所修课程成绩单和复印件The latestschooling certificate and schooling records and copies of them

-护照或身份证件复印件 Copies of the Passportor Identification

-近期两寸免冠照片2张 Two full-face photoswithout hat sized 2 inches

录取手续Admission Procedure

2.      凡被本校录取者，由国际学院发给《北京中医药大学录取通知书》和《外国来华留学人员签证申请表》（JW202表）。 The results of the enrollment willbe issued publicly by the International School 2 weeks after the entrance examinationon Chinese language. The enrolled students will get Admission Notice Formand Visa Application Form (JW202) from the General Office of International School in July of each year.

2．被录取者应持本人护照、《录取通知书》、JW202表、《外国人体格检查记录》、《血液化验报告》前往当地的中国使（领）馆，办理入境学习（X）签证。To get an X-status visa, enrolledstudents should show passport, Admission Notice Form, Form JW202,Form of Physical Exam Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Recordto the embassy & consulate of the People's Republic of <st1:country-region w:st="on">China in their country. 

3. 按《录取通知书》规定的时间，持以上文件到北京中医药大学国际学院东校区办理入学手续以及在华居留手续。The enrolled students should bringabove documents to the international training office of east campus and thecorresponding offices of the International School for registrationand conducting procedure of resident card within given time in the AdmissionNotice Form.

4. 长期进修生在入学时必须提供1年以上中国或外国的医疗保险的保单和复印件，否则将推迟办理注册手续。For long-term advanced studies students, a copy of medical insurancedocuments which is one year are necessary for admission. Otherwise the admissionprocedures will be postponed.

备注Notes：

1.    短期进修生10人以上开班，可提供英语、西班牙语、法语、德语教学。All aboveshort-term courses are onlyavailable for over 10 persons of each course. Teaching languages such as English，Spanish, French and German are available forgroups (over 10 persons).

2.      短期进修生课程开课时间根据具体情况而定。The exactbegin date of the short-term training programs can be decided according to thecurrent situation.

3.      ☆接受个人申请临床实习，具体临床实习时间由个人申请，教学医院核准后学校发入学通知。Acceptpersonal application for clinical practice, specific time by the individualapplication of clinical practice, international school will issue an admissionnotice after the approval of teaching hospital.
