Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• TESOL certificate (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience (preferred but not required)
• Cleared background check
• One year commitment
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (for visa purposes)
• Able to communicate with learners where English is not their first language
• Able to build relationships with learners and/or their guardians to keep them "in-the-know" about their progress

Sample Salary & Benefits (May vary depending on the institution of placement):
• 12,000 - 20,000 RMB (depending on position & number of classes)
• Free housing or additional monthly housing allowance

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of weekly lesson plans
• Daily instruction of lessons
• Punctuality
• Weekly student assessments (recording/checking of homework and tests)
• Participation of professional development sessions
• Ability to adapt and be self-motivated
• Ability to positively interact and connect with students to improve their English
